Here at Ashburn Pediatric Dental Center, we are proud to specialize in pediatric dentistry. We truly believe in starting children off right when it comes to their dental health. It is our goal to ensure that each visit goes well so that they think of the dentist’s office as a good place. Our entire staff is wonderful with children, allowing them to relax while we care for their teeth.
Our dentists and staff have received extra training for primary teeth. Our goal is to protect your children’s teeth so they can eat and speak correctly. We will do whatever we can to help your children have the bright smiles they deserve.
We are also here for you, the parents. We know how important (yet difficult) it is to take care of your children’s teeth at home. During your appointment, we will go over the care that you need to be providing at home and look for problems as well. If needed, we will work with your child’s pediatrician.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
We are a preferred provider for most major insurance companies. We also accept other insurances that are PPO. If your insurance covers treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also offer financing options through CareCredit. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
