The entire team is extremely professional, and has successfully guided me on a journey with my braces, until today, when we finally removed them. The procedure of attaching, removing, and working with me to keep them intact, was outstanding. All of the dentists are all incredibly skilled, and always made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visits. They took their time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-quality dental care! read less

Dr. Patel and his staff are the exemplar of professionalism, kindness, and gentleness which you need in pediatric dental care. The office is state of the art, clean and has all the bells and whistles. There are TVs throughout, including a personal TVs at each dental chair to keep little ones occupied. There is a teenager game room section with computers and gaming systems and a game room for little ones with an air hockey table, iPads, and other games. Check in is easy and I’ve always been greeted by cheerful and helpful front desk staff. All of the dental assistants are fun and engaging with little ones to put them at ease. The cherry on top is Dr. Patel, he’s funny, kind, thorough, and gentle. One day, I brought my 6 year old daughter in for extractions she needed due to overcrowding. Dr. Patel was gentle throughout the process, my daughter hadn’t even realized her mouth had already been numbed. Before he pulled out her teeth, he showed her the tool and explained he would be measuring her teeth to see how long they were. He removed both teeth without her realizing it. He then told her she had two loose teeth that he could remove through her ear by magic and the tooth fairy would come that night. She agreed. He then took his fingers and massaged the outside of her cheek as he moved towards her ear and said “Abra cadabra” and seemlessly the dental assistant passed him the two teeth he had previously removed. He showed her the two teeth in his hand and she couldn’t believe it. Til this day, my daughter tells everyone her dentist is a magician and that he removed her teeth through her ear (she’s nine now lol). I’ll never go anywhere else! read less

Dr. Joe is very professional, yet amiable, considerate, and caring. I completely trust his knowledge and expertise, and I am very satisfied with my results. The staff have always been professional, friendly, and accommodating. The atmosphere in this office is welcoming, and the working relationship between doctor and staff is very effective and efficient. Everyone in this office consistently made every visit pleasant. I think I may have to stop by occasionally and say “hi”…because I will miss everyone! . I highly recommend! Did I say I love my new smile!! read less

Having all of them seen at once saves so much time, and it’s quite a sight to see my four kids lined up for their routine cleanings and checkups. One thing that has remained constant throughout the years is the friendliness and professionalism of Dr. Patel and his team. Dr. Patel provides feedback in a way that my boys can easily understand, which help them develop a strong foundation for their oral hygiene. I always leave feeling satisfied and look forward to our six-month checkups. It’s also heartwarming to see some of the dental assistants who have watched my boys grow from toddlers to teenagers, almost like a good neighbors.
