APDC Smiles Appointment Booking Verification (2FA) Text Program

Ashburn Pediatric Dental Center (“APDC Smiles,” “we,” “us,” “our”) sends one-time verification code (2FA) text messages to parents and guardians of existing patients who opt in through our online appointment scheduler or in person at the practice.

1. Program description. When you opt in, we send a single transactional one-time verification code (OTP) by SMS to confirm your identity and phone number before a booking action. This one-time verification code is the only type of message we send through this program. We do not send marketing, promotional, or informational text messages.

2. Message frequency. You receive a verification code only when you request one at the scheduler — typically one message per booking attempt.

3. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Check with your carrier for details.

4. Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP to any message or call us at (703) 726-4333.

5. Privacy. We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information or phone number to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to send the one-time verification codes described above. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
